Body to Canvas

Body to Canvas is an immersive creative experience that brings together meditation, movement, painting and the body.

The workshop begins with guided breathing and meditation, creating space to slow down and connect with your inner world. Adriatica will then lead the group through a gentle bodyflow practice, helping you become more aware of your body, emotions and movement.

From this place of connection, you will begin painting and moving across the canvas, using brushes, hands or feet to translate your gestures and feelings into color and form. There is no fixed outcome: the artwork develops through your movement and personal expression.

If you wish, Adriatica will also guide you in applying paint to a selected part of your body, such as your face, hand, arm, leg or foot, allowing your body to become part of the creative process.
