Meditation & Sound Journey: Sound Healing & Meditation Workshop

Step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a space of stillness, presence, and connection.

Inspired by Margaret Larmuth's immersive installation Connected Grove in The Mind Is Not a Machine, this guided Sound Healing & Meditation session invites participants to explore the invisible connections between ourselves, others, and the natural world.

Led by Lisa Patricia, the one-hour experience combines meditation, sound healing, and mindful listening within the exhibition space, offering a unique opportunity to engage with the artworks in a slower, more contemplative way.

Following the session, participants are invited to stay for a light snack and informal conversation.
