Taste of Memory

Taste of Memory is a sensory gathering that brings together contemporary art, personal memory, taste, and atmosphere through a shared collective experience.

Inspired by the artists featured in The Mind Is Not a Machine, the evening invites visitors to discover carefully selected snacks and drinks connected to the artists’ favorite flavors, childhood memories, and cultural backgrounds. Rather than recreating traditional dishes, the pairings are approached as emotional fragments — small tastes carrying stories, places, and moments that continue to shape memory and perception.

Moving between artworks, conversations, aromas, and textures, the experience explores how memory can be awakened not only visually, but also through taste and sensory association. Familiar flavors become emotional triggers; simple gestures of sharing food and drink open intimate connections between artists and visitors.
