The Mind Is Not a Machine is a group exhibition that questions the pressure to think, feel, and function according to trained and standardized patterns. Bringing together Artem Humilevskyi, Marc Brenzikofer, Michel Juvet and Margaret Larmuth, the exhibition examines everyday scenes through experimental artistic practices that resist efficiency, control, and habitual perception.

Through gestures of excess, slowness, and disruption, the works open a space where perception becomes unstable and fluid. The exhibition invites viewers to reconsider how routines shape consciousness—and to imagine alternative ways of sensing, thinking, and being beyond predefined structures.
